What?

I took my medicine this morning because I had a test first period and I knew I had to focus on it. I feel like the adderal has something to do with why I'm not feeling well. Last night I started my period, like in the middle of the night. I'm glad I caught it before I messed up any of my clothes or sheets. I didn't feel the cramps that much during study hall, but I thought I was getting sick. Wow, this isn't making any sense. Okay, so this morning, after I took my medicine, I went to breakfast to eat some fruit and toast, but I felt nauseous so I didn't anything anything but half a banana and a bite of toast and some apple juice. I went to the nurse and she gave me pepto bismol and gas x. I felt embarrassed to say this to her, but I feel like my stomach is hurting because I may be constipated? So she's going to give me some medicine tonight to soften stuff, I hope it works.
Now I'm starting to feel lightheaded. I honestly don't know why I'm feeling like this. All I know is that I need to sit down for a while with like an icepack on my forehead or something. Not lay down because my stomach hurts when I do.
