almost out of 2d design

Why is it whenever I listen to Explosions In the Sky I feel like the only person alive on this planet. While I worked on my project I completely zoned into my into state of being and worked without any critiques from my teacher. Maybe he thought that since I was quiet I was doing what I was supposed to, which I did do, but I still have to screen print it later. First Breath After Coma is playing right now, and I feel like I'm once again in my own little world or bubble, excluding all negative activity in this room. I'm feeling joyful, happy, and serene. I wish I could feel this way all the time.
